Your event,
on one page.
Live scribing that turns talks, panels and workshops into visual stories your audience won’t forget.
You talk. I draw. Everyone sees.
Where it works best
What it is
Live illustration is visual note-taking on steroids: while people talk, I listen for the spine of the story and draw it as a single picture in real time
It’s half translator, half time machine – capturing the important bits now, so you can walk back into them later without sitting through another hour-long replay.
Conferences and summits
Leadership retreats and strategy days
Fireside chats and panel discussions
Roundtables, world cafés and workshops
Research presentations and internal town halls
Before -> During -> After
After the event
You get high-res files, ready for slides, socials, internal reports or the office wall. If you like, we can add small tweaks for clarity while keeping the energy of the live drawing.
During the event
Before the event
We have a short planning call to define your themes, sessions and must-capture moments. I’ll create a simple visual plan so you know exactly where the drawing fits into your run-of-show.
I draw live – either on a big physical surface people can gather around, or on an iPad feeding to screen. The illustration grows as the day unfolds, giving people a living map of the conversation.
Strategic Benefits
More attention in the room
People follow a drawing unfolding in real time the way they follow a story. It’s harder to drift off when your idea might be the next thing that lands on the page.
Better decisions, faster
When teams can literally see the conversation, they notice patterns, contradictions and blind spots more easily. That means clearer decisions and fewer “wait, what did we agree?” moments
Richer assets for later
Instead of sending “here are the slides,” you send a visual story that invites people to re-engage with the content. It’s the difference between a transcript and a graphic novel
